SwitcherPlus iPhone iPod Touch Multitasking App

avatar switch between multitasking apps with SwitcherPlus – Another cool Cydia tweak for iOS 4.x, SwitcherPlus, to directly switch between multitasking apps on locked iPhone and iPod Touch’s screen. It means, you can directly tap and switch between active multitasking apps within locked screen on iPhone and iPod Touch. SwitcherPlus is a new Cydia tweak from BiteSMS app which lets you use the native multitasking (iOS 4.x) Switcher feature on your iPhone or iPod Touch’s lockscreen. SwitcherPlus is still in beta version but you can download it freely via Cydia. Just like other iPhone apps on Cydia, SwitcherPlus needs you to jailbreak your iPhone/iPod Touch before using this app.

Switch Between Multitasking Apps without Unlocking screen

1- Fire-up Cydia on your iPhone and Go to [Manage] tab.

2- Then tap on [Sources] >> [Edit] >> [Add] buttons.

3- Add following repo URL and tap [Add Source] button
http://www.switcherplus.com/cydia/spbeta1.0

4- Go to [Search] tab on Cydia and search for [SwitcherPlus].

5- Install the app. When the installation finished, restart the Springboard.

How to use SwitcherPlus app? When you are done installing, now press the double home button to access the task switching tray when your iPhone or iPod Touch is in lock mode.

Key Features of SwitcherPlus

- Added a really COOL “Kill Prior” feature in the “Wobble Kill” mode.
- Added new “Torch Light” feature (configured via favs) so you can very quickly turn on / off the LED light – long hold also strobes just for fun.
- Added triple click feature to launch either “Torch Light” or “Wobble Kill” mode.
- The favs feature is now configurable for both lock and unlock modes.
- Added a separator bar between fav apps and running apps.
- Improved iPod settings for better control in lock and unlock modes.
- New app icon, but still looking for a more meaningful app icon…
- For those who don’t want SwitcherPlus active in the lock mode, you can now configure this.
